FORM & FACE: Abstract Bodies and Masked Identities
April 24th – May 31st, 2026

This dynamic exhibition features the work of acclaimed artists Zarco Guerrero and Kevin Titzer, exploring the intersections of abstraction, the human form, and identity. Through sculptural masks, figurative assemblage, and evocative materials, Form and Face challenges viewers to consider how identity is constructed, concealed, and revealed. Join us for the opening reception on April 24, 2026, and experience this bold exploration of body and persona.

From playful paws to curious noses pressed against new hands, pet adoption days at Flagstaff Mall offer meaningful moments that can turn into lifelong companionship.

In May, local rescue organizations will bring adoptable four-legged friends to Center Court, giving visitors the chance to spend time getting to know animals ready for their next chapter. Guests can also connect with the dedicated teams behind these efforts and learn how their work supports animal rescue, medical care and successful adoptions across Northern Arizona.

High Country Humane

Wagging tails and hopeful eyes will once again fill Center Court as High Country Humane, Flagstaff's regional shelter serving Coconino County, brings adoptable pets ready to meet their future families. Guests will have a chance to spend time with animals looking for loving homes while learning more about the important work the organization does across Coconino County, including providing shelter and medical care. Whether visitors are ready to adopt or simply want to meet some furry friends, the event offers a meaningful way to support local rescue efforts and perhaps make a life-changing connection.

Visitors can meet adoptable dogs and cats while learning about the life-saving programs that support animals across Northern Arizona, making it a feel-good day where finding the paw-fect match is always the goal.

Edie Dillon’s recent mixed media sculpture offers thought provoking visual interpretations of the ideas that lead us away from the limiting frame of human exceptionalism: interdependence, reciprocity, and connection between humans and the more than human world.

The growing Rights of Nature movement – which advances nature itself as a body deserving legal rights – has the potential to significantly increase our chances of sustaining all life on the planet. The movement puts into practice our increasingly inclusive and multidimensional understandings of the more than human world – understandings that encompass both deep spiritual traditions and sophisticated scientific discoveries.

The Moonlight Hike is among the most popular interpretive hikes at Red Rock State Park. Led by a naturalist, it gives hikers the rare opportunity to enjoy the sunset and moonrise from an overlook and return by the light of the moon, while also having the chance to learn about Sedona and its surrounding areas. Verde Valley and park history, as well as some information about archaeology, geology, botany, and riparian wildlife may be included during the hike. Registration is required for this after-hours program at $20 per person.
